Sindhi Masala Bhindi (Lady Finger)

  • 2 potatoes
  • 3-tablespoon cooking oil
  • 11/2 kg Ladyfinger or Bhindi
  • 2-teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
  • 2-teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1-teaspoon Red Chillies Powder (Lal Mirchi powder)
  • 1-teaspoon Salt


  • Take a pan heat oil.
  • Cut Ladyfinger into two pieces
  • Slice the potatoes into small pieces
  • Fry the ladyfinger and sliced Potatoes, let it turn dark
  • Sprinkle all the spices and salt on the fried ladyfinger
  • Sauté it for a while and leave it aside
  • Serve hot with roti  or Chapati or wholegrain Bread


  • Serves for 4 people
  • Recommended for your child’s Tiffin and for going to any journey you can take the Sindhi Masala Bhindi (Lady Finger) as it remains fresh for a longer time for 2 days.
