Independence Day Special – Trianga Paratha – Recipe

Trianga paratha 

(In this Independence DayMake your Food Special with This Trianga paratha)

Ingredients –

  • Wheat flour
  • Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
  • Green chilies
  • few garlic
  • Tomato sauce / Tomato chutney/ Carrot paste
  • oil
  • salt
  • Jeera /Jeera powder

Preparation of 3 dough & Chutney (sauce)-

  • Take coriander leaves, Add some salt, green chilies, garlic. Mix and make a chutney. Add this chutney in wheat flour and make a dough
  • Take wheat flour, add salt and jeera powder and make a dough.
  • Take some carrot puree, Add salt ,tomato sauce and make a dough with it

Method of Trianga Paratha – 

1. Make three different dough as said above

2. Take lemon size piece of all the dough and join them

3. Make it flat just like a roti and Cut it in rectangular pieces

4. Cook in pan with oil like normal Paratha
